If you look close you can see three deer. You will also notice the contours. Generations of cattle have given the hills a texture out of Minecraft.

Solvang is a tourist town. There are a lot of businesses, but only two chains (Subway and Domino's Pizza who grandfathered in). Everything else is locally owned. Many of the buildings are stylized to reflect a Danish culture. There seem to be a lot of camera-toting Japanese tourists.
