A Little More Peddling

2011-04-23

tl;dr: Another trip finished. Back in Wisconsin. I logged better than 1000 miles just peddling. Later.

My day started at midnight. That's because I never really slept. I boarded a jet about 1 AM, and then another around 7 AM. I arrived in Madison WI about 10 AM and had my bicycle unboxed and assembled by 10:30 AM. I was home by 5:30 PM.

Ah, back in Wisconsin. It's cold, damp and windy. Fortunately I've had 2 months in southern California to get used to such weather.

I took dedicated bicycle trails all the way from Madison to Monroe. Unfortunately, due to all the rain the gravel path was quite soft. This wore me down much more than I would have predicted.

Another trip finished. Altogether I peddled a good 1000 miles. Talk to you next time.
